If he's wanting to race in a GT class, then he would be using his head. You should try some fiberglass fabricating places in your area. If you do it, stick with fiberglass, it's more user friendly and is used more widely

why is it that you want fiberglass fenders? they have almost no weight savings over the stock sheet metal. does a GT class in racing require some panels on the car to be fiberglass??

I need to replace my fenders (modified cornerlights i just hate, done before i had the car) I was quoted $159 per metal fender and figured for 200 i could easily get CF if someone made it and i thought there were Z3 vented ones made for the CRX. But WHATEVER. I got the metal ones yesterday for $129 each and just painted them, they're drying.
