Default valve adjustment on f22b dohc

i am going to do a valve adjustment but i need to know what the specs are, should i just use the h23 valve adjustment specs? reason im asking is under high rpm's i hear a clicking sound and it need an adjustment

h23a1 specs. .007" intake .008" exhaust I THINK. if my memory serves me right.....

most likely his motor was swapped in so looking under the hood does not help. the f22b dohc nonvtec is almost the same exact motor as the h23a except its .1 smaller. i would recommend using OEM h23 specs.
