Default Knocking? 11.0:1

My compression is 11.0:1 or higher? and my girl friend has been has been putting 87oct in it, Right after the valves have been adjusted for more lift.
i couldn't figure out the problem out at first, i drove the car and it would idle on 3 cyclinders and when driving be very sluggish any under 3k, I went out and bought a new rotor button and some 58$ NGK-R plugs. [i sat at a red light for 15+ seconds with the gas to the floor while it would try and leave idle then started to pull]

also the engine used to backfire between shifts and deceleration, now it has zero back fire?
This is my first high comp motor and its sounds like morse code while in 4/5 gear at 3k or less, THATS KNOCKING RIGHT?
or my injectors are clogged or my o2 is going out or my ecu got wet?
what do yall think?
I can answer any questions for more information.
Note-i have put 93 in and it is being very slow to show improvements

Is the Timing Correct?
What do you mean that the valves were adjusted for more lift?...The Valves need to be adjusted to spec. Period, either OEM specs if the cams are OEM or whatever the Manufacturer of the aftermarket cams recommends for their cams. Valves that are adjusted too tightly will not seal correctly and cause a misfire.

Has this motor been tuned? Give specs on the engine and what supporting mods you have.

yea the timing is dead on
They're crower cams and the rockers were were loose as **** set to low and now are using the cams to the degree there crower meant them to

Im running a non chipped or tuned pr4 ecu
I have great ignition,

Today i pulled the stock injectors and the one in the middle was cracked at the nossel?
I assume that was the problem, I had a D series injector that came from a d16y7 and installed it,, I guess it needs a resistor box cause that cylinder remained dead I didnt have time to check the ohms.

i have k24 injectors and the fuel rail with them? That would be kinda cool if done right?

the noise you are hearing is called pinging or pre ignition. u need to get that thing tuned with atleast stock 240cc injectors asap and hope that 87 octane didn't cause any permanent damage
