Running rich jdm d15b. Kill switch install weird problem?
So first things first i have a 1996 ek hatchback with a jdm d15b with 3stage vtech. Recently i have been getting around 25 miles per gallon which is horrible for a JDM d15b according to the specs. I do not drive hard nor do i try and race people. I most drive from home to school or home to gym which consist of only a couple of miles. i am getting around 209 miles on a 29 dollar gas fill up. What could be wrong? the only code im getting is cel 10 and i am planning to hard wire that later one and im pretty sure thats not what is causing me to run rich. My friend said try changing my spark plug wires since i never changed it since i got the sawp.
Second, i recently installed a fuel pump kill switch on the process i accidentally cut the green wire with the yellow stripe... (facepalm) so i had to re connect it with those crimp style connector and after cutting the right wire this time and wiring it right, i was successful as i thought so. I never test drove it after installing it. Couple hours later i drove my car to the gym and on my way there it felt weird... at first when i was stepping on the gas it would go then slow down then go then slow down so i decided to pull over to the side and turn off the car i turned it back on and it happened a gain couple feet later after that never again did it happen is that common after installing a fuel kill switch? and what was the green yellow striped wire that i cut? Also i felt like i lost a lot of power after driving it when it went back to normal...
Hopefully this isnt too long...

Yup haha sucks.... 25 is like.. HORRID im buying some ngk spark plugs see what happens my current ones are little rusty i guess. and idk what triggered it but i think im running richer than last time now ... might have been my kill switch that i installed:\
A cheap one that would do the job, $20-30. You need the soldering iron, a sponge, the right kind of solder (i forget, just google it), flux, rubbing alcohol (to wash of the flux), and heat shrink tubing for best results.
