92 integra b20 has fuel,and spark but still does not start

any feed back im sure its something simple yet i dont know what im over looking,i have yet to try and push start it since im by myself so ill try that i have tried a jump start and it dont start. any feedback would be great thanks

check you timing

 

have u checked ur compression to make sure its good?

 

sounds like a timing issue. or if u have an alarm, that can be an issue also.

 

try a new distributor. ive had this problem twice and have seen it posted countless times and always say try a new dizzy, and more than often its the problem. dizzy sensors can go bad giving spark at the wrong time, i believe its the TDC sensor. seems like swapped cars eat these sensors up, not sure why though. gl

 

the car has an alarm but the wires are all messed up its been like that even before and after it started nothing has been tampered with

 

what you mean exactly this would be the second dizzy i use infact i swapped the coil an ignitor and the car started you think the dizzy itself is messed up even if its given spark...the car cranks like its pushing power not struggling but something is preventing it from turning on..

 

i strongly doubt its the compression because its pushing power,and i did a ghetoo compression test and its firing,as for the timing maybe but i cant be certain since all my timing issues have always been my car starting but misfiring cause it was off timing never did any of my timing issues prevent my car from starting..

also, how did you check that you have fuel?

 

car is fixed already it was the distributor the core itself was not good
