Default 92 Accord Ex Wagon Engine Vibrates

Hi, I am a newbe here but have been lurking around for awhile. Need some help. The engine in my wagon vibrates the keys in the ignition when you come to a stop w/ your foot on the brake. I have already replaced the rear engine mount (back of engine by fire wall) and the "torque rod" (front of engine by cooling fans) and inspected both other mounts. This made a big difference but it is still not right! As i have 2 other Honda f series engines to compare it to. A 95 F22B6 w/ 237k and a F22B1 W/ 207K on it. Both of which are smooth as silk no vibrations what so ever! I have done a complete tune up on it plugs, wires, cap, rotor, pcv valve, cleaned the egr passages and replaced the egr valve. Any thoughts are welcomed. It has 107k on it
Thank You
Joe

seems like you've tried about everything already... my only thought is to check the balance shaft timing. this is very involved but with 107k miles you're about due for a timing belt "package" anyway if you haven't done this already.

Thats what i was thinking. I bought this car 7 months ago i am the 6 or 7th owner and have no service history. It was very rough when i got it, it showed signs of overheating, it leaked oil from the valve cover, oil pan,oil cooler, oil pressure switch, ATF from the 2-3 shift solenoid. I have a feeling that the balance shafts are not right. I have not done a timing belt /balance belt change on a F series engine yet. I paid $450 to have it done on my 95 6 months ago i am not paying to have it done on this car i am going to do it my self. There is an excellent right up on this site on how to do it, makes me feel confident that its no problem and i have the service manual to fall back on.
Thanks
Joe

I had a vibration I could never figure out, and did all the obvious things you did. Then my alternator failed, after replacing then alternator, to my surprise no more vibration.

That could make sense Alternator not making enough amps engine bogging down. Starved for electricity. Will have my mechanic test the alternator.
Thanks
