AL FS/FT 1993 aztec green pearl db2 clean and rare

As it says I have a 1993 acura integra in Aztec green pearl that is very clean for its age. The car is all stock with the acception of the skunk 2 short throw shifter, cheap ebay coilovers ( suck haha) exhaust ( sounds very good) radio and speakers ( good sound) and cold air intake. Other than that the car is all stock and runs very very well. The vtec spool has the typical oil leak so it needs a new seal. I will try to get one put on. The interior is about an 8 out of 10 just due to age but no rips in any of the seats nor any cracks in the dash or trim. All the power options work and work very well. There is only one dent and that is in the passenger front fender at the tip near the headlight which I have a picture to reference that. The only drive train issue is the 2nd gear syncro is going out because when you really get on it or sometimes when just driving it will pop out of 2nd gear. The car currently has 219k on it but it is not a daily driver so it will not go up much if any at all. I bought this car to restore but at this point we have our second child on the way so I would prefer to find a 4 door civic or integra ONLY. I have a car with all power options so that is what I am looking for. As far as trades I am looking for it will be 96 and up civic's or 94 and up integra's only please and I prefer no mods. I would like a 5 speed but if it is clean enough I will not turn away an automatic.

Yeah I have the caps for the si's which are on the front but no caps for the wheels on the rear which I'm nOt sure what they are. They are however the wheels that come with the car the si's on the front do nOt as they are not my wheels

I hope you don't mind me just asking some questions here. I am currently rebuilding the engine and suspension on a 1992 AGP GS-R and it would be fun to have both a daily driver (yours) and a track car (my current project).
1.When was the last time the timing belt/water pump service was done?
2.How is the compression?
3.Does it smoke at startup or consume (burn) more than 1QT per oil change?
4.Does the paint on all of the body panels match?
5.Is there any other evidence of body work being performed in the past?
6.Any alignment or other suspension issues (other than the cheap coilovers)?
7.No A/C from the factory or was it removed (does it have the A/C button)?
8.Do you think that the front damage could be repaired by solely replacing that fender or was that corner tweaked a little?
9.How many previous owners?
10.Any issues with the title?

Oh, you mention that the front wheels aren't yours, would you need the new buyer to bring a set of front wheels with them?

I would love the answers to my questions. I am only 6 hours away and am actually interested. Your price may be a little high though which is why I'd like to figure out a more complete picture of the car.
I guess I really only care about questions 2 and 3.
