x2, while it is a beautiful car, you'll have a better chance of selling if you're completely forthcoming from the get-go. The fact that the buyer will have to pay cash for it (financing not an option), 11K for a rebuilt title is a bit steep. The simple fact that you're unwilling to post up reasoning for everyone to see would have me keeping money in my pocket if I was considering.
