I read in another post, searching for USDM engine suppliers, that JDM engines are now legal in CA. is this rumor true? if it is, my search for a street legal honda swap will be much easier

 

trying to find the answer to this question on a forum full of keyboard mechanics will not be fruitful. call up the board of automotive repair and ask a real person that knows the laws.
