I have a eg with a gsr swap, and im plannign on installing a fuel pressure regulator (turbo build). Just unsure about one thing- the regulator has a fuel in and out, and also on the top a hose near the adjustable spot for something... where does that go? Just to manifold vacuum?

yes - manifold vacuum. same thing as the stock fpr.
