I wanted to inform you guys that I was cheated by Alex Deziel from Canada. He bought Mugen MF8's from my eBay store in 15 October 2010.
Rims was sent immediately and arrived in Canada after a few days (06 Nov 2010). Tracking Number: CP005147762PL (one out of four).

Few days ago (15 Jan 2011) this di*k opened a credit card chargback, now paypal has blocked over $1700 at my paypal account.
Since the payment he never emailed me or call me, now he does not answer my emails.

i refuse to ship to canada unless its someone i know. They pull this **** all the time. Shipped a comptech DC5 bar to them and i got the same treatment

good tip, open a separate account for paypal stuff, as soon as the money hits it, yank it out, they tried to do this to me, not this person but another, had tracking right to their door, signature etc, yet payripoff tried to charge back the money, the tracking and signature wasn't enough proof they got it, they never got a penny back though, I have a stop payment on that account with the bank, so no fees, they have tried to take it out 156 times in the past year

 

Go to Canada give them a USA *** whooping **** that Canadians bunch of ******

The tracking numbers should be all the proof you need. We're missing something here.


Call paypal, give them the numbers that say they've been shipped and voila they'll credit the money back.

 

You guys are all mixing up real canadians with the french. Quebec is unfortunately technically canada, but they're just a bunch of french speaking bimbo's!

Real canadians live in Vancouver.

 

Lord knows everyone hates the French way more than the Canadians.

i have had trouble with shipping to Canada forever. hope this gets resolved...

 

 

This is like the problem I had in Australia.. They received the items had them for like 3 weeks.. Then all of a sudden filed a claim. After they had the product, got there money back. And im still stuck here negative.. I cut off all Shipping outside of the US because of that. I will never EVER ship out of the US because of this.. Best of luck with your situation I hope you go above and beyond on a product like this..

Why ppl have to do this kind of **** makes no sense
hope you get this resolved, can you fight it with your historical conversations/pm's and the tracking number to say he did recieve the parts and now he's ignoring your emails/pm's?

 

You should definitely report this to the Quebec policy authority. They will go to his house and find your items. If you have the shipping receipt then show that to Paypal. I'm sure paypal will respect both parties until they can resolve the issue.

 

good news, paypal took care of everything and cover this chargeback.

 

Glad to hear they finally worked it out. I hope that a$$hole didnt get free wheels out of this tho.
