hi. i have a 97 accord ex, and i have decided i want to do the infamous h22 swap. unfortunately i dont know which h22 i want to get. i have 2 friends with preludes, one of which drives a 93 lude with a 5 speed tranny thats pretty fast for having only intake and catback exhaust, but his mpgs are not that great. my other friend has a 97 with the same exact mods but his is auto/tiptronic and gets the same gas milage as me. the question is which h22 to get? i already know that it HAS TO HAVE A 5 SPEED. another factor in this is that i road trip ALOT. i like to have fun in my car near home, but i want at least decent mpgs because im part of a skate team, and my car is the one we do all our touring in. i am currently getting prolly 30-35 mpg highway. what would it be with an h22?
i know there are probally threads dedicated to this, but none of them seem to explain what i need to know. thank you
