Hi. I was just wondering what the diffrence is between the blox Intake manifold and the skunk2 manifold. They look exactly the same. Is there any diffrence..

 

as far as i know i dont believe there is a difference.. except in price and the fact that skunk2 has a carb sticker
ive heard that the co-owner to skunk2 left the business and went to fremont,ca and started blox but was using the same manufacturer that skunk2 uses to make blox products.

 

Go to Skunk2's website. They give a detailed description on the differences. They are not much but they are there.

 

technically no difference.

blox copies skunk2 with less customer service or knowledge of their product. but it is considerably cheaper if you happen to be poor and can't wait.

 

Customer service is a huge thing...that kind of makes or breaks a company for alot of situation...intake mani isn't too big of a deal though. Suspension components more likely...safety issues and whatnot...if an intake manifold cracks or something your vehicle isn't going to flip...skunk2 backs their products and have amazing customer service. I've never dealt with blox but like I mentioned this isn't a part that should have too many issues.
