well the other day i was driving my 98 accord and all the lights were flashing on and off and all weird and now today when i was driving my car it died on me!!! is it the alternator?? wat can it be?? any help would be really helpful. im on high way sitting in my car lol.. waiting for the tow truck

Check the belt. Make sure it's still there . Could be the alternator, a short, a lot of things. But check the easy ones first. Presence of a belt, tension of the belt, state of the battery, and so on.

 

okay so im assuming the belt and the alternator is the easy thing first right? i know the battery is still new. but if its a short how can i find out where it is from? or would i have to take it in?

 

when i say take it in i mean the shop
