help me with this power steering.
Ok, so i bought an 89 hatch that the guy had apparently (his word i havent looked at engine code yet) put a sohc ZC motor in it. anyway the plan was to pull out the zc and put in my d15 so i did. all went well until i got to the power steering. the brackets are a bit different, but can be used interchangeable (if i leave 1 of the 4 bolts out) but the flange that the hard line mounts to is completely different also the pully is a bit bigger. with that said i just need to find a ZC power steering pump. where would i go to find one of these (its a beater so cheaper the better, i dont want something new) below is a pic side by side you can see what im saying.
cliff notes: put my d15 motor into car went to mount the hard line (that was left attached to the car) and it didnt meet/mount to my d15 power steering. cant use zc power steering pump because its all bent and ****ed up. need power steering for sohc ZC

idk know what to do besides get the lines to go with it. I would not use it, it's easy to steer an ef without the power assist. You can do the delete thats around or what i do is swap out my subframe piece with one from a manual rack, and have a manual rack in it for cleanliness.
bee- i have the line to go with it. but thats hardly an option that line was a bitch to get from the car with no motor while i was standing in the engine back and had tons of space. i dont even wanna think about how hard itd be with the motor. it wraps around back behind the engine and up under the frame. if it were a cable wire id say thats easy, but being a hard wire and the way its bent unless you have an easy idea to get it out thats not gonna work. not to mention even then id have to buy a d15 steering pump because both mine are ****.
gsrjdm- thats kinda what i was asking. cheap recommendations i dont know or do ANYTHING jdm so i wouldnt know where to start other than google. figured id hit the know hows up on here before i went searching in the dark
hatchet- yes
