The Low Boost numbers done on 8PSI... Enough said about the quality of products used, the tune and setup. This car is flat out sick for the street. Up next is some driving and getting used to the new power for the owner and then in the next month we will use boost by gear and give it about 15-17psi total.

Any questions, please just ask. Thanks for viewing our thread and our work on this car.

The intercooler piping isn't nylon braided. Its aluminum and was powdercoated in black as the customer requested.

Can is now on about 14psi. We are going to tune it this weekend. Expecting 400ish on horsepower. The customer has already told me he intends to run a Import DPS / ERL Assembled short block package which would consist of 87MM Sleeves and CP Pistons with Manley Turbo Tuff Rods.
Then we can get even more consistent power out of it.
That set up is perfect! But will the tranny handle a that power? Mine is almost stock and my second gear needs replacement
They hold the power fine. Biggest thing is the synchros on the Si trans. However, if your not reving that high they will last. Turbo cars don't need to be shifted to 8200rpms all the time.
In a recent dyno Day the Silver Si we built took 1st place for Street Turbo as well as our EG K24/K20 in all motor.
274HP All Motor in the EG.
416 and 434HP in this Silver Si. One run was on 12psi, the other on 14. If you see the graph you will notice the jump, then drop, we kept hitting boost cut but since the rules of the dyno day were no adjustments we couldn't get it fixed. Car would of made easily 450 on the 14psi.

440 Horsepower on a Dynojet now at 14psi!! We are officially done until the customer gets some more funds to do a built motor, switch to ID1000s and get a bosch 044 pump. We have maxed out the fuel system.
