crank position sensor problem
Check the wiring. If you have a ecu pinout. On plug c is where the wires are for that sensor. C1 will be blue with green stripe and c2 will be blue with yellow stripe they both run to the dizzy. Your wiring is most likey messed up between the ecu and dizzy you can look for brakes or shorts in the wire and fix them or just run new wires from c1 and c2 to the dizzy
Ok could it also be where the pins are on the ecu connector because I'm having problems with my injectors for cylinders 1 and 3 I checked resistence it was fine on all four it was the same so I ran a new wire for injector 1 and 3 and it didn't fix it but I noticed that the pins were loose could I go get a dpfi connector from a dx and just re pin it like it should be for the mpfi or won't that work thanks for the help I'll check the wires for the crank position sensor thanks for the help just getting closer to getting my project done and more problems show up and I'm also new to the crx
Yes loose pins at the ecu can cause bad conection. And yes you can use a dpfi ecu Plug to take new pins from and repin them to yours. also besides code 4 do you have any other codes
16 and 41 my o2 sensor isn't connected I will get a pic tomorrow of my jumper harness I don't know where my o2 sensor wires up to so I will get a pic of that for you tomorrow and mayne you can help me with that also
