Built LS/VTEC turbo ready engine

Selling this for my brother, details below
B18C stock head w/ built LS block - Golden eagle conversion kit used
- motor has 5,000 miles on it currently. Motor is balanced (I have the balance report). Solid motor, no issues, parted out my car and looking to sell the motor now, Asking $1,300. Oil pan also has an oil return bung welded on it (for oil return from turbo). I also have a Competition Clutch - Stage 4 unsprung that was new with the motor (has same mileage as motor on it), asking $175 for the clutch.
Arias pistons 8.9:1
Eagle rods H-beam series
New GSR water pump and oil pump
ACL main bearings
ARP head studs
New distributor / spark plug wires
New alternator
Blox intake manifold
Precision 880cc injectors - low impedance
60mm throttle body
ACT flywheel (balanced w/ engine)
Powder coated valve cover

Only mild boost, never dyno'd, should handle up to 500whp/the general capacity of stock sleeves.
Was Dave lee tuned and ran rock solid. Was not beat on or ever ran hard prior to proper warm up. Doesn't get any fresher than this for that price. It's cheap to sell quickly has nothing to do with quality.
