Ive been looking around online for the answer to this but have come up with almost nothing anyways Ive got a 91 hatch with an ls, some crower 404s and bolt ons I/H/E, its not done yet so im not driving it.I know the 404s wont pass testing in most states but i live in Salem,Or and we don't have any emissions testing required so does anything go as far as emissions goes here? just asking out of curiosity.

 

Yes it will pass if you have no emmisions where you live
