Default Ractive Exhaust Quieting

I have a ractive Muffler and 4" tip on my Rex. I would like to make it much, much quieter if possible. I'm running a DC header (4-2-1), ractive Cat converter (2.5") and a ractive cat-back (stainless 2.5") to said muffler and tip.

Is there any way I can pack it (muffler, or tip) with steel wool or muffler fiberglas to deaden the noise? Anyone ever tried this?

Anyone got a link to anything like this?

Thanks!
