are you looking for the molding that goes on the door (trim pieces) or a mold to make the doors off of?

you probably wont find a set premade molds for sale but if your comfortable enough to make the doors yourself i would imagine you should know how to make the mold also? and unless you plan to make more than one set and/or want to make them custom or different than whats available in the aftermarket, your probably gonna spend more money making them (cost of tools, parts, resins, gel coats and materials to build molds and doors) then buying them!

also do you just plan on making the door skins of carbon or are you gonna make the frame/inner panel also? if your making the whole thing carbon youll need to make molds for that also, and since the door cant be made from one piece youll need to figure out a strong enough adhesive to use to hold it all together. also think about how your gonna attach hinges, latches, seals, windows (fixed or opening), door panels, etc... theres a reason there so expensive. now a hood. thats easy, but still not cheaper. you might want to check the prices of vaccum bagging setups and material costs vs. premade doors then factor in the fact that your probably not gonna get it right the very first time you do it.

believe me, you will spend more money making them than you will buying the seibon doors for 1200. have did a lot of carbon fiber work here (http://www.stohr.com/) and unless you plan to make an abundance of parts and/or start selling the doors, just buy them.

and dont forget about cooking it in the oven, which i know is not a necessity but for something that large and something that requires some sturdiness, i would.

I'd recommend buying one. Making large flat panels is gonna be hard to do, much less make look good.

i have been looking for the thing's that are needed to make the door's and hood, the hood is easy that's no prob, but the doors it seem's like a lot of work, or just start off with something simple like a carbonfiber dash, i think i give the dash a try before i try the door's, i have most of the tools, paint brushes, resin, and fiberglass, that sh##t is not cheap at all, 180.00 a roll plus shipping 130.00 off ebay, ill just start off trying my luck with the dash, and ill post some pic's to, ill use moding clay with a hardner, over the dash, let sit for a day or so, and break the seal, and start laying it down, layer by layer.

i have seen some carbonfiber kits out there, but it's mostly for little shi#t like door molding's, and makeing a carbon fiber gas tank lid, eh not my cup of tea, and yeah i mean the door molds (ie) complete door, if i fail with intrest about makeing the door's them i stick with the other stuff, and shop around for the door's

thank's for all the input guy's

Structural parts like that need to be autoclaved. I highly doubt you have access to one
