Do i need to knock off both welded-on nuts from the top and bottom mounting hole on each side? or just the bottom one thats behind the ABS bracket? and what longer bolt and nut do i used for the bottom mounting spot?

ohhhhhh, those 2 bolts and flange nuts were on the parts list from Acura, i didn't see them well i dont feel like waiting to go to the dealer so would just regular bolts and nuts from the hardware store work fine? or do i have to use the Acura bolts and flange nut? and i just need to knock out the lower nut right? not the one on top?
