I have a 2006 TSX with navi. I just bought it a few weeks ago from a small dealer. Today while i was driving the check engine light came on with my info saying "check emissions".

I had the codes pulled and then reset...light came back on within 5 mins from reset.

Codes were P1172 and P2195 sensor 1 bank 1

Ive owned many hondas but im new to the k24 motor. Im assuming that i have a bad o2 sensor but not sure if its the primary or secondary (up or downstream), but it could be something else.

Anyone have experience with this issue and could provide help? i would really appreciate it.

Also, i have read that the TSX has an emission warranty...did that include the 06 model year?

You need to post your miles. Federal emissions warranty is to 8years/80k miles. But there may be some backdoor recourse.

Google the codes...and post what the results are.
