This is a spare EDM foglight setup of mine, (OEM Stanley, made in Japan, but for European Hondas) all you need to do is connect the wires to any source such as from license plate light harness.

On the bulb housing, the bottom was cut out to fit without modification to the bumper support on an old project. Works 100%, doesn't affect it at all, cannot be seen, and also won't be detrimental due to weather as no water goes there.

It will fit on either left, or right side, everything flips over so this is possibly.

These are universal yes, but they are actually ment for EF's, DC's, CB's. EK's, EG's had the rear foglight integrated in the rear tail light and the Del Sol had there rear foglight integrated in the rear trunk.
Also you can purchase the vehicle specific switch so you can turn th rear fog on and off as you please instead of wiring it into the rear tails
