Changed the plug wires, fuel filter, and cleaned the EGR value! Air filter checks out clean. Could it be the distributor assembly going bad?

The distributor is a good thing to replace. They have a bad reputation of going bad after about 60k.

 

My CRX has 174,000 + miles! When the car is warm it idles like a Mercedes. After it warms up and when going up a hill you give it more gas, the car starts to run rough like it's runing on three cylinders (or less). Any idea or suggestions?
