Ok this is what is going on........for some reson my car only likes to start when it wants to...one day i went out to crank it and it would not start then like 3 hours later it started up.....drove to the store would not crank agian...its turning over just wont fire up.....
any help would be helpful for me!

 

Sounds like either the main relay or the ignitor.

 

check for a spark, no spark then probly ignitor coil, if a spark might have the real bad problem, check for oil in the cyclinders, if so might have bad rings like i did, my car would start up fine then sometimes not at all, found out it was the rings, but my money is on the ignitor coil

ya its the main relay, mine did the exact same thing.

 

I have to agree with most of the other ppl on this board. Main relay most likely, that sounds like the symptoms of a bad one. They are known for main relays going out, mine did.

 

do like Iceycrx said and check for spark. if no spark is there, then you know it has something to do with your ignition (try the ignitor or coil first).

if you have spark, check for fuel. if no fuel is there, check the main relay and the fuel pump.
