Car has a new battery and a new dizzy. Car randomly does not want to start but will take a jump and immediately start. Sometimes the car will also act as if it's having a hard time starting.

When the car does not start, the car gets all power but there is no sound from the starter trying to turn over.

 

Sounds like a bad ground maybe? Have you check your main relay?

 

issue resolved. It was the starter finally giving out. Replaced now and all seems great.
