Default TURBO JDM lsvtec B20 swap. ITR head vs. SIR head??

B20 block, 84mm bore head gasket to match, And i plan to turbo it, as well. Not a lot of boost, Anyway what is better, JDM SIR head, or JDM ITR head. Will one offer more or less compression? And based on that, and the fact im going turbo, What should i go with? Im going to tune it with CHROME for max torque possible, Any advice would be appreciated.

Please dont just rag saying "research research" im doing research! just lookin for opinions here. Thanks!

Also, turbo experiences period would be appreciated, this will be my first one.

I'm not sure what the compression differences would be for each head but i'm sure they're not significant. either head would be fine. me personnaly, i'd go with the ITR head. i used a JDM SIR head on my turbo'ed B20 and it ran just fine. also, saying you're going to use chrome to tune for max torque is a weird statement. you tune for the safety of the motor. yah, you could tune to omptimze torque but that's not the ultimate goal. lastly, you posted in the wrong forum. the forced induction forum might have been a better place to ask this question.

this is your 2nd post in the wrong forum. You need to read the rules on how honda-tech works instead of randomly posting in different sections. If you continue this, you will be reported to one of the mods.

Thanks

right on man. i figured the ITR. vs SIR would be more of a civic question. so i posted it here. the fact that its turbo isnt really the point to my post. i care about the head. Thanks for your input man. im leaning toward the ITR head as well.
