New never been used. I've had these for a few months now but I had a change of mind on the wheels.
The tires and wheels are NEW, never been mounted and 0 miles. They're in perfect NEW condition. Same condition as when I unpacked them. I have all Center caps still in the bags and may still have the 4 ROTA boxes.


I also have them wrapped with:
