How difficult would this be to repair? (96-00 Civic coupe)

I'm thinking about buying this car and fixing it up but I don't know if I'm capable of being able to fix this or not. I've done some minor body repair but nothing like this. Things I would do is replace bumper under cover, repaint bumper cover and hammer out the body so that it aligns with the trunk and the trunk closes again. But I'm worried this may be easier said than done. What would a body shop do to repair this?

i think it will be more then you will want to invest... unless you "thug" it and not fix/replace what needs to be fixed/replaced and do it yourself. especially considering the car is salvaged to begin with
it dont "look" bad but considering the 1/4panels are buckled means the rails are prob collapsed prob not worth the fix since a clean 99-00 civic is only worth about 3k
Yeah turbo is right, I just noticed the panels buckled as well. If you can fix the rails and have the capabilities to do so, then by all means go for it. I'd buy it and part it out, everything else looks a-ok!
you'll need a fame rack. it looks like the rear end is low and short. you'll also need another rear body panel, repair left tailight baffle and the right also. other things also like rear reinforcment bar, rear absorber.
probably a pull and repair on some of the floor pan as well. thats all i can see with the bumper on.
