A friend and I were discussing the possibility. He has a pedal cluster cable and tranny to transfer it over to cable. My ex tranny is not geared for racing circle track but the si is and instead of paying 1500.00 dollars for a built tranny this would be a way cheaper move. I looked and compared the trannies and they looked the same but I thought I would ask just to make sure. Anything else that I need to keep in mind? Thanx

swap the clutches t bearings presure plates because no matter how good the trans is the clutch isnt used to the motor so the clutch will basicly wear quicker

They're geared almost exactly the same. If you're going to go through all that work at least make it worth your while and swap in a CG tranny out of an '86 - '89 Integra.
