Default f22a1 head swap

i kno that you can use the h22 head on an f22b1 but is it possible to do with an a1? my stock head is screwed and i would like to just upgrade while its apart if at all possible

This I have yet to see. I know they did it a bunch on the F22Bx blocks, but I'm not sure on the F22Ax blocks.

I'll let others chime in.

The F22b blocks and the F22a blocks are pretty much identical. I wouldn't put an H22 head on either because it will only result in a low compression, sluggish engine.
