I have a 91 crx si with a d16 vtec but im not running vtec. Last night while driving home im in 5th gear and it started to sputter and the rpms started dropping and the car started slowing down so I down shifted to 4th and everything was going good then it started to happen again so I downshifted again then it happened again so I gave it more gas and sped up the shifted to forth, anyone have an idea of the problem it could be??

 

Tach jumping around? Could be the dizz. Out of gas?

 

It wasnt jumping around and I had half a tank. It hasnt done it since but id still like to kno wat the prob was
