Skunk2 sport shocks???
This can't be your actual question right? I'm sure since these have been on sale for quite a while now, numerous people have used them. So, what is your actual question bud?
these are in the same category as the tokico blues, kyb gr2 and koni str.t shocks...if you got the money upgrade to some tokico illuminas, kyb agx or koni yellows...if your on a budget then the first 3 mentioned will do just fine with a mild drop compared to oem shocks...!!!
Yeah but have you personally used them?
Their add says there shorter than oems so they work better at lower ride heights.
Compaired to the tokicos where you cant drop it more than 1.5" without blowing them. or from what i heard.

iv wanted a pair of these but don't know about the lower control arms could i use skunk 2 sport shocks wit any aftermarket lower control arm? skunk 2 lower control arms are a little out of my budget lol
Yeah you can im pretty sure.
I think you can even use oem lca's if the strut mounts around the out side of the arm cause some ef's they mount on the inside and they wont work.

Yes, you can use the S2 strut/shocks with any aftermarket lower control arms or oem even. What "snidbits" was referring to is the type R style control arm where the rear strut body sits inside the control arm as opposed to +89 civics where the strut "Straddles" over the control arm.
Hey Snidbits,
Hopefully I can answer your question. I just installed these about a week and a half ago and am really disappointed. I had installed eibach portline springs and sways about two years ago and was still riding my OEM (2009 Civic Si, 4dr) shocks. I finally had some 'spare' money, if there is such a thing, and bought the Skunk2 Sport Shocks. The OEM shocks are way better. I can't speak for the other brands BigChorizo mentioned, but I would definitely tell you not to spend money on the Skunk2's.

Better late then never....
Don't wast your money man. They are designed to work in conjunction with cars that have already been lowered with springs. I don't know what the outcome would be running them with OEM springs, but the bottom line is that these shocks are not worth your $360. Save it for something better.

If it's not in there its no worth it. Unless you just want to put sk2 drag springs on stock struts
