i sold my 97 accord coupe back in 2002 and this has been in my garage since.

it's a tanabe dtm medallion exhaust in good shape. i had suspension techniques sway bars and this exhaust is custom bent to miss the rear bar. you will have to restrain it a bit towards the passenger side using the hanger (i used a short piece cable with a tie) and it works well. the can is stainless and the piping is aluminized steel. it has some minor rust and the portion of the pipe that dips below the rear axle is flattened a little bit and has a very small hole in it. it didn't make any difference for sound or passing inspection, but it's there. The only way to really describe the sound is a deep flutter reminiscent of a street bike where the exhaust gasses hit the bent tip and make a very unique sound. old school tuners remember these exhausts and recall they sounded a lot like porches used to.
