FS/FT: modified Honda Del Sol Si

Have a 1993 Honda Del Sol Si for sale-
Engine block is a JDM B20B block, with a 95 Acura Integra GSR Cylinder head, with a 1996 Y80 Acura Integra GSR 5-speed. Engine block and cylinder head were cleaned and checked prior to assembly. Transmission shifts smoothly, no grinds or noises. Spent a lot of work on powertrain including:
-new flywheel, stage 3 ACT clutch set
-new water pump, timing belt, gaskets
-Hondata intake manifold gasket
-AEM Tru-Time cam gears
-Type R camshafts
-B&M short shifter
-custom test pipe
-custom 4-2-1 header
-Magnaflow muffler
-94-95 P72 OBD I GSR ECU w/ new engine harness
-99-00 Si Front Strut Bar
-DC Sports polished rear tie bar
-B&M fuel pressure gauge mounted on filter
-custom aluminum radiator
-Mishimoto low-temp fan switch
-custom 160 degree t-stat
I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting....
Black chassis has entire Energy Suspension setup. Hyperflex master bushing kit installed, as well as poly trailing arm bushings, and the hard to find 22mm front sway bar bushings.

-Energy Suspension trailing arm bushings
-custom stainless-steel brake lines-all four corners
-rebuilt brake calipers-all four corners
-NEUSPEED RACE springs

Car being sold for parts, not registered right now so no test-drives or tire kickers. Not interested in parting car out right now-please don't ask. If interested in only engine swap, would be willing to remove and sell swap seperately from chassis. Make reasonable offer-low ballers WILL be ignored so please don't waste my time. Not in a rush to sell. Would be willing to trade for a decent stock 96-00 Civic hatchback 5-speed, or newer Suzuki Katana. Thank you for looking.
