Im mainly looking for interior pics. Also do you currently have a nice stereo in the car. What size speakers are used in the doors. Anyone running a TV/DVD in the stock head unit area? Easy to see? Not worth it? Pics?

6.5" speakers all the way around.

Alpine and Eclipse both make excellnt screnes that can be seen from most any angle.

 

depends on model. ex gets 6x9 in the rear. they also have I think like 5.25 in front with some bracket around it, but you can just ditch the bracket and it will be the same as the lx/dx 6.5" one of my ongoing projects is an lcd where the radio/pocket thing was. I put my radio where the cup holders were. Now i just need the screen.

 

My 93 ex-r has 6.5's in the rear and i swear they were 4's up front cause we had to cut the factory enclosure to fit in my JL VR525CS's

If it's an EX, there ARE 4" up front in a ported enclosure. I modified it to fit a 5 1/4", or you can just make your own mounting baffle out of MDF, and mount a 5 1/4", 6" or 6 1/2", or get the mounting baffles out of an LX or DX. Those have mounting holes for 5 1/4" or 6".

I got a 90' EX Coupe

Runnin' 5 1/2's Kicker Components in the front and MB Quartz 6x9's in the rear with DynaMat..... and it sounds perfect.
Also have the trunk lid sprayed with sound insulation

 

this saturday I'm putting MB Quarts 5.25 up front and Alpine or Phonix Gold 5.25's in the back... I'm also putting a 12 inch Rockford HE2 in...

 

i have a 4gen 4 door and in the backseat armrest recess i mounted two 6.5 cerwin vegas. i love the location because it points directly at the front. i highly recomend it !!!! this was one of the easiest and best improvements to my car by far. i can show pics later

Boston Pro 6.4s. Stock on the EX was a POS 5" driver (no tweeter even) in a sealed plastic enclosure in the door. Had to remove plastic enclosure and use a .75" spacer to keep the basket/magnet from hitting the window.

 

Oh yeah I guess stock was 4" mid/woofer.
