Default gsr swap da

i have a 1990 integra rs and i bought with intentions of swapping for a gsr, ive been reading into it and its starting to seem quite more difficult then thought, im not sure if im just reading bad threads or what? but i figured instead of buying jumper harnesses and extending your engine harness, getting different intake manifold and so on you could just take out obd0 ecu put in the gsr obd1 ecu and just swap out the b18a engine harness for the gsr one, i am keeping the ls tranny in for now tho just as an fyi in my question, but is it possible to just swap everything over? and i would like to keep my ac and ps, i am aware i have to buy a 99-00 si ps bracket but will the ac stuff bolt right on?

you can run a pr3 vtec obd0 ecu or pw0 xsi ecu, they both have vtec. you can still stay obd 0 if you want.

no reason to swap over to obd1 unless you wanna tune it and stuff.

If you want the GSR intake manifold's secondaries to operate, then you'll have to convert to OBD1. If not, then you can use a chipped OBD0 PR3 or PW0 as previously stated. In doing so, you can use your stock engine harness and just add the wiring for VTEC, Knock, ETC.. Not too difficult.

As for the mounts, etc... If you use your stock 90 DA transmission, you can use all of your stock mounts - On the driver's side engine bracket you will use the DA one (remove the GSR bracket)

Your da harness will plug up to the gsr engine. Only things you have to do is wire vtec and your knock sensor also your iab if you decide to go obd1. And like said befor you can just use you old b18 mounts

I recommend you get the obd1 conversion harness its only about $100 for everything. and you cant use a OBD1 gsr harness in a obd0 car, plugs are different. its a pretty simple swap just swap post side mount and extended couple wires, ad vtec, knock, and your set. WIll recommend getting a different intake manifold like skunk2 or blox. just my .02 cents.
