d16 in a 88' civic hatch?

Icon2 d16 in a 88' civic hatch?

i have an '88 civic hatch that was running a JDM d15b vtec can i put a d16z6 in the car? are the mounts the same or will i have to move them? and will the tranny/transfer work with the d16 or will i have to buy a new set?

dude all d series motors are swappable meaning you can bolt any d series motor in their you want. a d16z6 in your case is a direct swap no wiring or nothin

ya d d17 will bolt rite in.... it would be a bitch to wire in with the individual coil packs.lol
