whats everyone using for shhifter in their efs for drag racing i have a short shifter and it sucks *** not sure the brand i hear alot of guys just using stock shifter

 

stock gsr shifter short shifters suck in my opinion but thats just me. i started with a short shifter and dumped it rather quickly

 

Gforce shifter....And stock when i cant get the gforce too work right

Regardless of the chassis, if you are using a stock linkage, this is the way to go... Short shifters suck...

this idea has NEVER made any sense to me. Its not like a short shifter makes the inside of the tranny travel any shorter distance, it all still moves the same you are just adding more leverage on the other side of the fulcrum. I use a stock gsr shifter and always have.

obx short shifter!! Just kidding. I love the leverage disadvantage with the short shifter! And when the customer brings them in broken at the pivot point is even more awesome. Definately drops the e.t.s lol.

Right so really the the problem
Is not adjusting your personal torque on the lever once it stops after engagement. So the short shifter isn't the problem.
