Need 2 rear Illuminas for a DC2.


Any thoughts?

i bought from shox.com when i needed to replace my rears, but that was because i needed west coast shipment. cyberauto is just as cheap. i havent been pleased with cyberauto's customer service in the past, but most of the time that doesnt matter to me anyway. shox did have some decent service, at least cared to listen to my concerns.

 

Shox.com hasn't sent me a price quote that I requested last week so they are losing points rapidly . . .

I will look into the other place.

 

yeah, i didnt bother getting a quote first, just called em up to order. they seemed a bit surprised that i didnt have a quote...

 

My experience with shox.com is that they have good service, and get products shipped on time. However, to them, the internet is just a place to put the phone number, and nothing more. Call and you will get good results, no call and no results.
