Default b20vtec midrange power

im in the process of building a b20vtec with
rs 84mm type r pistons
arp rod bolts
oem valves
skunk2 springs n retainers
skunk2 pro 2 cams
skunk2 intake qill upgrade to twm 52mm itb`s later
70mm throttle body
440 injectors
big tube hytech replica header
3`mandrel exhaust
act lightweight flywheel and clutch
y1 b16a close ratio trans

and all this will be in my 91 honda crx si

but what im lookign to figure out is what do i need to change on my build to make the most power in midrange im not a fan of revving the **** out of my motors so id like a good power band from 3500 to 7500 and no im not putting a turbo or a supercharger on my car

The pro 2's will do just fine for mid range power.

That build will have plenty of TQ from 3500-7500.
