Just got a hid kit from xenon-vision and they dont work? Has anyone had issues with installing hids in their accords before?

 

i have a 98 accord i use for dd. bought some hids from xenon. they were plug n play, ultra, slim ballasts, that go directly to the harness. had them on for 3 weeks, and one ballast just blew. they worked fine until it blew. my car was fine, idk why but i had them under warranty, got new ones and sold em. never buying xenon again.
