need help with my 93 GS-R with A/C
ok everyone I have a 93 GS-R that I just picked up here a few days ago and I learned something new or at least I hope I did. Apparently these cars had an option for A/C it was not a standard feature and of course this cars original owner elected to buy this car without it. (goof ball I know). Any who I have access to the entire setup off another 1991 integra but it is an automatic. I don't think that will matter as far as a/c is concerned but my question is this.... Do these car come from the factory pre-wired for a/c or do I need any wiring. If I need wiring will the harness from an automatic work. Any help would be appreciated

My 92 LS was special-ordered as a/c delete from the factory, at least according to the previous owner. Perhaps it was possible to special-order a GS-R as well?
At any rate, mine didn't have the a/c wiring harness, but I got one from a donor car and it plugged right in to the main harness. The terminals for it were behind the passenger side headlight and sealed up with blue tape.

I requested a short story for a title.

i have never seen a gs-r without a/c. but since these cars area already rare maybe i would just leave it to make it that much more unique.

Why do you say that when OP just said Acura confirmed that A/C was an option on those cars, and not standard? He obviously has one that didn't come with the A/C option.
yeah I checked the title and db2 is there, that was the first thing I looked for.
