how long are the orginal spark plugs good for on a 03 crv

when should i replace the sparkplugs i have 95k miles on a 03crv

The owner's manual states 110,000 miles.

Along these lines, I picked up used and the vehicle has 130k on it and no service records. Plugs looked great when I adjusted the valves and gap was spec. Running good. Can gap and condition be a good indicator on an iridium that they were replaced?
