Default Crx Si brake problem

Hey guys wanted to try to figure this out before I sell the car next week. Anyways the car is a 90 Crx Si with all wheel disk. The front have new pads with new calipers and Rusell brake lines. The back is all stock. I just changed the master about 1000 miles ago. Nothing like riding on no brakes for 8,000 miles. Anyways everything is bled but the car just does no stop very well. All the other cars I drive stop twice as fast as the crx. Are the stock brakes just that bad. Last time I drove it I went to make an emergency stop for a red light and ended up in the intersection rather than stopping at the line. This was only from 35 and I tested my 1g Eclipse and it made the stop from the same spot with out an problem. Any ideas on a possible problem or is everything alright. I am going to put the Rusell lines on the back calibers to see if anything changes.

When you bled the brakes how did you do it?? I was always told when you bleed brakes to start with the one furthest from the master cylinder that would be the rear right then do the rear left then do the right front and finally do the left front

Yeah I worked my way round from the car in this order. RR,LR,FR,FL. They don't fell like they have air in the system. I been looking and the booster may be going bad. I really think this car is unsafe for the roads. I mean the pedal is firm, but the car just won't stop. Takes a lot of work just to get them to lock up.

maybe the caliper is not clamping strong enough on the rotor? ...bad pads? .. or maybe bad master cylinders?

Yeah, I really don't know. Pads are sorta new. Caliper are new. Master is new. I mean it brakes a ton better than before. The old master was way gone. It could not even hold the car on flat ground. After all I have spent into this car all I wanted was reliability. All I got was repair bill after repair bill till she blew a head gasket. Nothing like $1500 in parts to fix it with me as the mechanic. Poor old girl could not handle 9k in 5 months. I guess do a good look over as the car is in pieces. Maybe ill find something.

Well pulled everything apart while the car is covered in snow on the jack stands. Everything looked normal. Rotors look good as well as the pads. Going to play with it once I get it running again. Only one job tomorrow and that's getting 2 gallons of water out of the front seats.
