My friend has had fuel problems with his 1992 Accord.

The engine chugged badly, and the car was really pushing itself a lot, forcing more hp than it should be.

Also, he filled up 20 gal of gas on Monday, didn't drive it on Tuesday and on Wednesday, 3/4th of the fuel had disappeared.

Can anyone help me?

if 3/4 of a tank of gas disappeared your friend has a serious leak! i parked a old car for 4 years with a 1/2 a tank and it was still there when it came time for me to tear it down for parts.
