new ECU ???

A friend of a friend gave me an ECU claiming it was a P28. But thelabels on the outside r not there to mark it as a P28. Is there a way for me to tell if it is a P28 or what type it is?

That is an automatic P06 ECU

ok so then the next question is what setup does a P06 ecu belong to?
