Just a quick tire fitment question
Yeah i know i should ask in the tire section but i just need a quick answer really. I have Rota Slipstream's in 16x7 on my 98 Integra. Right now i have 205/50/r16 tires on it but i want to change the size. The 205/50R16 looks a bit big on my car, people tell me to go with 195/50r16;s but i searched a bit i found people to go with 205/45r16 or 205/40r16.
What would be the best choice to go with. Replacing all four tires tomorrow morning.

Yes, 205/50-16 is much too large for an Integra.
The proper tire size would be 205/45-16. 205/40-16 is too small, and really 195/50-16 is a bit narrow for a 7" rim width.

A 205/45/16 is your best bet. It is the closet match to your factory rolling diameter so it should fit/look the best assuming its not lowered too much.
1010tires.com has a really handy tire size calculator, I've used it several times when choosing tires for larger aftermarket rims. You can enter your stock tire size and compare it to the tire you are considering and it will give you exact measurements comparing each tire size, it will also tell you how off you can expect your speedometer to be. With a 205/45/16 at a true speed of 60mph your speedo will read 60.4mph assuming your car came stock with a 195/55/15.

Just keep in mind that no car has a 100% accurate speedometer, especially since the tire circumference changes as the tire wears down. Also tires from different manufacturers all have slightly different dimensions, even with the same indicated tire size.
So you really shouldn't get caught up in the tiny decimal number differences between tire sizes. All you really need to pay attention to is the AMOUNT of difference in calculated sizes between stock and other tire sizes.

Integra on 16x7s, 205/45-16 and 215/45-16 both work. Some tires only come in 1 of those 2 sizes, which is generally when 215/45-16 ends up being used.
Rarer sizes, but an Integra can also use 195/50-16 (for wheels 5.5" to 7" wide) and 225/40-16 (for wheels 7.5" to 9" wide).
