Didnt think it was that hard to Google. lol.

I went to the junk yard and cut off the ECU plugs from an obd1 civic. Then I followed the instructions in these links to figure out what wires on the OBD1 ECU plugs connect with the ones on the stock harness. Then I just wired in my injectors, o2, extra dizzy wires, and vtec with my own wiring to the new ECU plugs.

I have these also if it helps;

OBD0 pinout:

Now fix it, both of you!

Agree!! Or cut the plugs off a obd1 civic. And desoleder the plugs off there old obd0 ecu and make there own jumper harness for free. I seen right up for that pretty cool idea I would go that route if I ever need another jumper harness. But I got the one I have now for free

.. ugghh... Don't know why people go through all this mess converting from DPFI to MPFI when we could have saved them a TON of time and wiring mess...

[This OBD0 DPFI to OBD1 ECU Jumper harness will allow you to convert any 88-91 Civic or CRX DX or STD model (with dual point injection) to MPFI OBD1 with minimal headaches. This harness will plug in to your stock OBD0 ecu plugs on one end, and on the other into your new OBD1 ECU. The harness includes two sets of pigtails that will lead to your new set of four fuel injectors, as well as the additional wires needed for your MPFI distributor, VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch, IAB's, and knock sensor if needed.]

Cost.
I'd love to have a nice, neat, pre-made harness, God knows my passenger floorboard would love it too.

no job? i mean even at taco bell youll make 100 bones for a wiring jumper harness. i know ppl are saving money and doin it themselves buut how many times does it actually work? jumper harness all the way..think of all the "wiring help" posts thatll save lol. ive seen soo many swaps with wires everywhere it makes me sick. then ppl ask me to fix it for them. i laugh and tell them theyre screwed. who knows where they ran those wires to. PITA

sounds like you took your time and actually made it work . i have yet to see someone attempt the ecu conversion themselves and have the car running when theyre done. those crap boxes always end up on craigslist. "wiring fudged, previous owner messed it up"

are you surrre its an si? cause sounds like it was converted from dx and the injector wiring that was put in is crap. thats why 2 injectors arent working. if you have an ecu jumper harness you should be ok on that part. what ecu do you have?

Op if your plug a look like this with the brown red blue and yellow wire you have a si, if pins a1 and a3 are yellow and pins a5 and a7 are red it was a dx

Ok well you can trace the wires leading from the ecu to the harnness connector under the hood look for rips cuts brakes ext in the wires if they look good, move to the engine harness look for rips cuts brakes ext... some where along the way the wires are messed up some Where. Note you will have to deloom the egine harness. And cabin harness. Unless you use a multi meter and set it to ohm's. And test the wires that way good luck hope I helped

Thanks guys for all the help I was wondering if I splice the wires at the injector plug that run to the ecu can I just splice them at the plug and splice the wires at the ecu for the injector leaving enough room to solder new wire on can I just run new wires from injector to ecu

I left about 3" of wire on my injectors, then ran my own wires from the injectors to the ECU plug I had. I would recommend that because its easier to troubleshoot later.

Yes you could run new wire for your fuel injectors hear is a. Link just skip the resistor box since you obd1 just connect all for power wires for the injector to one wire and splice it into a15 to not cut a15 just stip back some insolation on the wire and splice into it http://hondaswap.com/swap-articles/d...writeup-49557/

Ok so if I want to run new injector wires on a 90 crx si with an ls I can just cut the wire that runs to the correct ecu pin and just solder new wire at the plug and at the ecu. I'm still running obd0 injectors and I have my resistor box
